Yes, both are available within the hospital for your convenience.

Most investigations provide same-day results, delivered directly to you via WhatsApp.

How can I arrange for admission?

Planned admissions can be booked at the front desk or through your consultant.

What room options are available?

We offer single rooms, twin-sharing rooms, and deluxe rooms, each designed to be warm, comfortable, and family-friendly.

During Your Stay

Who will take care of me during my stay?

Our nursing team is available 24/7, offering both medical support and compassionate care.

What meals are provided?

Meals are freshly prepared in our in-house kitchen, with special menus for all types of patients, including new mothers, children, and patients with special dietary needs.

Is parking available?

Yes, third-party paid valet parking is available at the hospital.

Visiting Hours

What are the hospital’s visiting hours?

Wards: 10–11 AM and 5–6 PM (Mon–Sat), 10–11 AM and 4–6 PM (Sun)

ICU: 11 AM–12 PM and 5–6 PM daily.

Can children visit?

For patient safety, children under 12 years are not permitted in patient rooms or the ICU.

Are visitor passes needed?

Yes. Each patient is allowed two passes — one attendant pass for 24-hour presence and one visitor pass during visiting hours.

Labour & Delivery

What should I do if I am expecting a baby?

For maternity admissions, we recommend pre-registering during your last trimester to simplify paperwork.

What are the facilities for labour and delivery?

We have dedicated labour rooms designed to feel safe, private, and reassuring.

Is painless delivery available?

Yes, we offer painless delivery options, including on-demand epidural, available 24 hours.

What kind of birthing support do you provide?

Our birthing support includes lactation counselling, physiotherapy, and emotional care for the family.

Baby & Mommy’s Checklist

What should I pack for myself when coming to the hospital?

We recommend carrying:

  • 4 front-opening nighties or night-suits

  • At least 6 panties

  • Socks

  • Slippers or flat slip-ons

  • Hair ties

  • Sanitary pads (1 pack)

  • Nursing bras (at least 4)

  • Nursing pads (disposable or cotton, as preferred)

  • A toilet bag with essentials: toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, hairbrush, deodorant, lip balm etc.

  • Blanket or pillow

  • iPhone or iPad with charger

  • Breastfeeding pillow

  • Breastfeeding cover

  • Birth plan manual or pregnancy book (helpful if labour is long)

  • Prayer book (optional)
What should I pack for my baby?

For your newborn, please bring:

  • Side-snap vests (to be used till the umbilical cord falls off)

  • Newborn diapers or cloth nappies (as preferred)

  • Plastic sheets (minimum 4)

  • Swaddle cloths (6)

  • Diaper rash cream (Sebamed, Mothercare, Himalaya recommended)

  • Wipes

  • Diaper bag

  • Car seat for the drive home
What do I need for baby massage and bath?

  • Baby oil

What do I need for feeding?

Infertility & IVF

What fertility treatments are offered at Namaha?

We offer IUI, IVF, donor programs, and advanced reproductive endocrinology, all with excellent success rates.

Is pregnancy care after IVF also handled at Namaha?

Yes. From conception through delivery and beyond, all ultrasounds, scans, and prenatal care are managed in-house.

Do you provide counseling and emotional support?

Yes. Our team offers guidance, counseling, and compassionate support throughout the fertility journey and after pregnancy.

Knee Replacement

Will I be able to walk soon after surgery?

Yes. Most patients begin walking the same day with assistance and gradually increase activity over the next few days.

Is recovery painful?

With advanced anesthesia and minimally invasive techniques, discomfort is minimal and easily managed with medication.

When can I go home?

Most patients are discharged within 2–3 days after surgery, depending on individual recovery progress.

Is emergency and critical care available 24 hours?

Yes. Our critical care team and intensivists are available round the clock for stroke, cardiac, trauma, and other emergencies.

Do you have isolation facilities in the ICU?

Yes. Namaha has three dedicated isolation chambers with independent ventilation for COVID-19, swine flu, and infectious diseases.

What kind of emergencies does Namaha handle?

We manage all cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and trauma emergencies with advanced equipment and 24/7 critical care coverage.

Laboratory Services

Are all blood and pathology tests done in-house?

Yes. All tests are performed in our fully equipped, state of the art pathology laboratory for fast and accurate results. When possible, reports are sent by WhatsApp or email on the same day.

Do you offer home collection for blood tests?

Yes. Phlebotomy home visits are available for patient convenience. Reports are shared digitally via WhatsApp or email.

How soon will I receive my results?

Most routine test results are available the same day, with specialized reports shared as soon as they are available.
